I just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the customer service we received from R&R Mobility. The van was delivered to our door for a small transportation fee. The salesmen who delivered the van were very helpful. They waited while we test drove the van and they went over all the features with us, including showing us how to properly secure our daughter's wheelchair. While there was an issue with the power door, your service manager worked with our local Chevy service department to resolve the issue very quickly. We have had our van for 8 months and we have always received prompt and courteous support from your service department. We would definitely do business with R&R Mobility again. |

I felt compelled to write you in regards to Jeff Eads. He assisted me during my visit with your company last week. I had much disappointment in the extended warranty I purchased and was ready to cancel it. However , Jeff was the one who came to my rescue, solved the problems, and have made a contented customer. I feel he went far and beyond what most employees would do to rectify a problem. He was extremely concerned about my plight and assured me he would get to the bottom of the problem (which he did). Jeff is a tremendous asset to your company in my eyes. Having had businesses in the past, I know what it means to have an employee who is of the caliber of Jeff. | Gene | Let me start by saying this is the second van I have purchased from R&R. Everyone is so nice they make you feel like you are family. The service department is the best I have seen. Let me tell you how Tracye my salesperson, at no time did she put pressure on me to buy a van. She sat dow with me and showed me the difference in vans. My granddaddy always told me that if a person will not look you in the eye they are not telling you the truth. I can say she looked me in the eyes. She would call me and give me updates on how my van is coming. If I had to give a letter grade it would be. A for STAFF, A++++ for Tracye's Knowledge and A+++++ for Service. If you are thinking about getting a wheelchair van there is no one who can come close to R&R. |

Tracye is highly knowledgeable and refreshingly honest, and she has the compassion and sensitivity so important to somebody in her position. Buying a wheelchair-accessible van involves a completely different set of emotions from buying any other vehicle. It can be a very scary time and Tracye immediately put us at ease and gained our trust. We felt so comfortable about our decision because Tracye dedicated hours of her time to helping us make an educated choice. She and the entire R&R family were also extremely understanding and patient with us as we worked out the details of the sale. I can truly say that having the right accessible van has changed my husband's life. He is as excited about his new set of wheels as somebody else might be about a fancy sports car. He is more independent than he has been in years and that makes a tremendous difference to me and our teenage boys. |
