Rental Van Policies and Requirements
Delivery and Pickup
- Metro Atlanta area $50.00 delivery, $50 pickup.
- Out side Metro Atlanta area is $2.00 per mile delivery, $2.00 per mile pickup
- Atlanta Hartsfield Airport $100.00 delivery, $50.00 pickup.
- If rental van is not returned by stated time the charge will be $30.00 per hour, not to exceed the daily rental rate.
Requirements for van rental
- Minimum driver age of 25 years old
- Valid Credit card required for vehicle deposit
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of insurance
Deposit Requirements
- 50% Deposit required to confirm reservation/Balance due at pickup.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express will be accepted for deposit
Cancellation Policy
- More than one week notice- 100% of deposit returned
- 72 hours or more- 50% of deposit returned
- Less than 72 hours notice- NO REFUND
Service Animal Policy
If you use a service animal please inform us during the reservation. Service animals are the only animals allowed in our vans. Unauthorized pets will be subject to a cleaning and damage charge of $300.00.
Cleaning Fee
Renter will be assessed a cleaning fee if van requires more than routine cleaning (washing & vacuuming) when returned. ALL RENTAL VANS ARE NON-SMOKING ($300 Clean up Fee for rentals that are smoked in).
Refueling
There is a refueling charge of $5.75 per gallon for vehicles not returned with the same amount of fuel that it went out with. ALL RENTAL VANS ARE NON-SMOKING ($300 Clean up Fee for rentals that are smoked in).
