Rental Van Policies and Requirements

  • Delivery and Pickup

    • Delivery and Pick up is $75 per hour round trip.
    • Atlanta Hartsfield Airport $150.00 Delivery, $150.00 pickup this charge is only within regular business hours.
    • If outside regular business hours an additional $150.00 fee will be applied.
    • 100% of the amount will be charge at the time the reservation is made.
    • Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express will be accepted for deposit.

  • Requirements for Wheelchair Van Rental

    • Minimum driver age of 23 years old
    • Valid Credit card required for vehicle deposit
    • Valid drivers license
    • Proof of full coverage insurance

  • Service Animal Policy

    If you use a service animal please inform us during the reservation. Service animals are the only animals allowed in our vans. Unauthorized pets will be subject to a cleaning and damage charge of $300.00.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • 100% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours.
    • If less than 48 hours, $75 cancellation fee

  • Cleaning Fee

    Renter will be assessed a cleaning fee if van requires more than routine cleaning (washing & vacuuming) when returned. ALL RENTAL VANS ARE NON-SMOKING ($300 Clean up Fee for rentals that are smoked in).

  • Refueling

    There is a refueling charge of $9.00 per gallon for vehicles not returned with the same amount of fuel that it went out with.
